• The information contained on this website, including ideas, suggestions, techniques, products and other materials, is educational in nature and is provided only as general information and is not medical or psychological advice. Any service or product that Simple Vitality is offering or providing is not intended to interfere with or be a substitute for any current medical diagnosis or treatment plan. Always consult your physician, healthcare, or service provider as appropriate before making any health decisions.

• Audrey Ligon of Simple Vitality does not practice medicine or diagnose. The use of equipment or energetic readings are informational purposes only.

• That although Audrey Ligon of Simple Vitality has experience in energy healing, she is not a psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other licensed health care provider and only offers her services as a mentor and consultant.

• That participating in energy healing, personal and business consulting, spiritual healing and consulting, can be used as a complementary care to most medical conditions. However, these services are not used to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any medical problem or psychological disorder nor are they intended as a substitute for seeking professional health care advice.

• That energy healing, personal and business consulting, spiritual healing and consulting, are not a replacement for traditional/professional medical or mental health treatment and should not be used as such.

• That energy healing, personal and business consulting, spiritual healing and consulting, are not a replacement for a physician’s care nor are they used to be a replacement for any medications, diagnosis or treatment of a licensed healthcare practitioner or physician.

• When registering or requesting any services provided, you authorize Audrey Ligon of Simple Vitality, to work with you for the concerns you have discussed by phone or in person, and/or that you have indicated on the registration and/or intake forms. All forms and discussions are confidential and are used only as a tool in helping to develop the most effective experience for your individual needs.

• That the success of your sessions depends greatly on your own ability and desire to affect change in yourself and the results depends greatly on your own sincere participation and follow through.

• That although energy healing, personal and business consulting, spiritual healing and consulting, can be very effective and have high success rates, Audrey Ligon of Simple Vitality does not offer a guarantee, as your own personal success depends on your own ability and desire to create change in yourself.

• Appointment Cancellation Policy: Your time is valuable as well as my time is valuable. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the beginning of your appointment or the $25.00 appointment deposit will not be refunded and will be considered as a cancellation fee. This twenty-four (24) hour notice will allow me the opportunity to alter my schedule according to other clients and business needs. It also allows other clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment during that time since you will not be able to make it as originally planned. Missing two (2) appointments without providing twenty-four (24) hour notice is considered excessive. Emergencies happen. All requests for exceptions to this cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• By viewing this website, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Simple Vitality, Audrey Ligon, her heirs, personal representatives, consultants, employees and assigns from any claim or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, personal, financial, emotional, psychological or otherwise, which you may incur arising at any time out of or in relation to your use of the information presented on this website, as well as the services and products that you engage in or purchase.
