The Simple Vitality Approach
At Simple Vitality, we look for the root issue, and try to address what is currently showing up. Instead of just putting a band-aid on an issue, it’s makes more sense to get to the cause. It’s not just the “what” but the “why.” Many issues begin with a bad or trapped emotion. Emotional trauma or exposure to toxins may be the main issue for many physical and emotional issues.
The body has a specific amount of electricity, it has meridians, that travel and connect like wiring in a home. When that becomes unbalanced or out of the norm, it’s as if the wire has a break or short. The body then has issues defending itself from critical ailments. Low voltage means not enough horsepower, therefore, the engine runs weak.
At Simple Vitality we try to bring the body back to balance. This requires a team effort between the client and the technician.
